[This posting was borrowed and slightly modified with permission from a member of a popular Internet Marketing forum.]

I own a Site Build It website and I think SBI is very good especially for beginners. There are a lot of positive reports from experienced website builders who prefer to us it also.

They have a yearly fee of $300 which includes just about everything, such as your domain, the hosting fees, the site builder, a mailout manager, an ezine program, all kinds of traffic tracking, a powerful, top-of-the-line keyword search tool, webFTP, RSS, a blog for your site, a link exchange program, link tracking and dead link notification, etc. These things are all very easy to set up and many are already installed.

The company offers a lot of free articles and books for members on all kinds of topics. There are dozens of different forums to help you deal with just about any problem you might encounter, as well as very helpful customer service. The community of users is strong, positive, and supportive. They like to help each other out. It is no exaggeration to say that that are a very caring bunch of people. They operate on the principle of “pay it forward” – help and encourage others out as you yourself have been helped and encouraged.

The site building program itself is extremely thorough. They have an “Action Guide” on video and / or in print that will take you through every step of the process, carefully and thoroughly. It will guide you all the way through monetizing the site, building your business, and making it as profitable as possible. The company’s focus is on helping YOU actually build a SUCCESSFUL web business (or a popular, effective site that isn’t intended to be a business).

In addition, SiteSell has a staff of people who actually sort through all the newest and latest techniques, programs, and tricks they can find on the internet. Then they sort out the good stuff from the junk and report on those things to the members. Many such items they automatically incorporate into their programming.

This company has intentionally and carefully set out to be the most complete supplier in the build-it-yourself, website building business. They have succeeded very well at this goal. I looked at a whole bunch of different site-building and site hosting companies, and I’ve honestly seen nothing that even comes close to SiteSell.

The all-encompassing package that SBI offers is unbeatable. Add in all the business guidance they offer for free (if you want it), and their program is absolutely without equal. You also have the benefit of all the great support and friendship of fellow SBI! users, too. That didn’t seem particularly important to me in the beginning, but I’ve really come to value it very highly since then.

Massive success in any MLM home business program requires that you build a large ‘downline’ of motivated representatives. While you should always work steadily and consistently to recruit new people into your network, you also need to know how to build your downline fast.

This is especially true when you are just starting out. The number one reason most people fail to profit from legitimate network marketing opportunities is that they don’t know how to build their downline quickly enough. Your downline holds the key to your profits.

So, what is the quickest way to build your downline?

The fastest, most effective approach is to use the Internet to generate leads! In other words, you can combine on-line, direct-marketing tactics with any MLM program. All you need is a web site and a good e-mail lead capture program.

It sounds almost too easy, right? Let’s take a look at the basic concept, then the steps involved, and you’ll see why this works.

The Basic Concept: On-line Recruitment is Easier

In the ‘old’ days of multi-level-marketing, you had to do a lot of footwork off-line. Selling products and recruiting new representatives required hunting down ‘leads’ wherever and however you could. Often, this meant trying to recruit friends or family, going door-to-door, hosting seminars, etc…

Doing it that way is a lot of hard work!

The Internet, however, completely revolutionizes the process of finding people who will be interested in your products, and in the work home mlm business opportunity itself. This is because the Internet allows you to target the people who are already searching for a good online network marketing opportunity to join.

Also, because you’ll be following up with leads via e-mail, you get plenty of opportunity to persuade and convert them into active members of your team. You’ll even be able to educate them and keep them motivated so that they’ll build their downlines fast, too!

So, what are the steps in promoting an MLM the ‘direct-marketing’ way?

1. Get your own website address, and set up a ‘lead capture page’.

2. Send targeted traffic to that page.

3. Follow up with collected leads via autoresponder.

4. Track your ‘conversions’. You can create a separate e-mail list dedicated solely to members of your downline, and ask them to opt-in to it. Use this special downline-only list to teach your recruits how to set up their own lead capture pages.

The above four steps are at the heart of the method for building your downline as fast as possible.

Obviously, you’ll need to acquire certain skills – like building web pages, learning how to use an autoresponder, etc. – if you don’t already have them. This is more than can be covered here, but you can find plenty of help on-line for free. Just go to your favorite search engine and do a search for “internet marketing forums”.

Make sure you get this whole process automated, and you can duplicate it for any MLM program you’re involved in!

As we all seem to suffer from the stresses and strains of life at times we all need a way to get rid of the stress and then we tend to turn to our hobbies in order to spend the time in our homes or in the outdoors in nature really enjoying doing the thing that we really love to do the most. There are of course so many different types of hobbies and crafts that we can get involved in and depending on our actual disposable income levels.; that would be one of the major factors that determine the type of hobbies and pastimes that we actually take up.

For those of us how have a bit more to spend we see that people get into boating as there means of pleasure as they look to get away from it all and to spend time on the waters and really get to distress. Having a yacht or similar appliance is a great way to spend time with ones friends and families because this is the type of hobby that one can actually share with people as other hobbies as more individual.

Certain things come with having a great flashy boat as we see people down in places like Cannes with some of the world’s leading fashion designers congregating for various events. Having the latest clothes and fashion design really does go hand in hand with having a cool and expensive yacht as it stands to reason that when one has money to spend on their hobby, they would also want to look their best and spend money on the latest catwalk fashion too.
