Do you have a puppy that bites? Then it is time you learned how to dog biting. There is great threat in allowing it to continue, just because you feel it is only nipping. Playful nipping will eventually, turn into serious and dangerous biting.

No dog owner should have a dog that may harm children, the guests or anyone that may come to their home. If your pup has a biting problem then there are ways to stop dog biting. Not rectifying the problem of your dog biting will undoubtedly end up with both, your dog, and you in serious trouble. If your puppy is apt to bite and manages to get out alone, it can bite a child or even an adult passing on the street, and if the bite causes bad wounds your pup could be put down as a unsafe animal, and you end up being sued for damages. In order to avoid such things happening to your friends, you and your pup, the only thing to do is to learn puppy training biting.

Biting is not acceptable behavior pattern in dogs and is best dealt with when the dog is just a pup. All pups love to chew, so the first thing to have is an sufficient supply of chew toys around. This goes a long way into hindering a puppy trying to mouth anything and everything it can place its teeth around, because mouthing is the start of all biting problems. If your dog was long enough with its litter it would have been taught by its mother, and litter mates, how to repress its biting urges and tendencies. If a puppy bites its mother, the mother will cry. The puppy is startled and worried at the reaction, and when he bites her the second time his mother would howl louder and even growl at the puppy as she turns away from him, avoiding the biting puppy. This is how puppies learn that they cannot use that force with their jaws and teeth, and if the puppy bites the mother the third time his mother will turn on him with anger. So the puppy begins to learn from its mother and playmates in the social pack that biting is not an acceptable behavior.

Since we have dislodged the puppy from this born training environs, we have do the same thing its mother does to stop the puppy biting. The approach us humans could employ to implement this training would be to cry in a high-pitched voice every time the puppy tries to mouth or bite any part of our body or even clothing. A little bit of stretching the truth would help to get the point across. If the mouthing continues, start taking no notice the puppy after the ‘yelp’ and refuse to play with it. The puppy will soon understand that biting leads to all the fun and affection being stopped, and will realize that forceful nipping is not an acceptable behavior pattern.

Another way to stop doggy from nipping is to use a muzzle. It may sound a bit hard or extreme, but it is not. A muzzle will not harm the pup in any way. It just does not allow it from opening its chops wide enough to bite anything. The puppy will soon figure out why the muzzle is on and will learn. Every pet owner must remember, that, a dog that bites, is one of the most dangerous dog problems, which any mutt owner could be plagued with. Play biting can lead to real damaging biting and steps to inhibit dog from biting must be taken before the unthinkable happens.

As we speak there are LOTS of strategies for getting onto Google page one, aside from Adwords (Google’s pay per click advertising program). The good news is that the time-tested and proven Internet Marketing practices (which we use) still work – and they work well.

TACTICS LIKE THESE

* determining the BEST search terms for your market – the words that your potential customers are entering into Google while hunting for your services or your products

* inserting these keywords and key phrases in the right places on your web site (that’s called keyword placement and keyword proximity) and with the right frequency (that’s “keyword density” though it’s less important these days)

* offering sufficient relevant quality content at your website and also in articles that publicize your online address

* using an optimized internal linking arrangement between the pages of your site so that Google’s spiders can quickly discover all the public pages of your site otherwise they cannot index them in their search database.

* title tags, heading tags, alt tags, and meta tags

* optimizing your website to conform to Google’s webmaster guidelines and

* a handful of other on-page and off-page SEO techniques that all help get you the desired result which is seeing your online business on the front page of Google ASAP in a completely Google approved way.

THE BIG ONE

However I’ve left the BIGGEST factor till last.

One of the biggest factors in getting your site onto page 1 is BACKLINKS.. the number of sites where articles about your business are published, plus the quality of those sites which link back to your site.

While the good folks at Google Inc. dont tell you the detailed inner workings of its algorithm, Google watchers agree that acquiring links to your site from other good quality sites that you don’t own (on different IP addresses to yours) is a huge key to getting a top search engine listing.

GETTING IT DONE

I admit it, there are a lot of details involved in that big long shopping list we just went through in order to get your website listed on the front page of Google, so if you don’t have the time, skills or interest to undertake the many tasks that are a part of an effective online marketing, get somebody else to do the heavy lifting.

HOW TO BE FOUND ON GOOGLE

PageOneWithGary.com is about getting your site onto page 1 of Google as fast as possible in a Google-friendly way so your potential customers in your market CAN FIND YOU.

As an exhibit booth design and manufacturing firm we are approached many times with potential client who require trade show displays. Some are well educated as to what is required to have a successful trade show booth, while others have no clue at all. I n simple term this may help those who wish to put together a proper RFP for their next trade show display.

Candy Adams is an exhibit management consultant wrote the following and I do agree with all of her thoughts. She writes “There are multiple schools of thought on providing exhibit houses with your budget parameters. Some believe this gives them free reign to go hog wild up to this budget number. Other believe that the exhibit house, who will become one of your critical show team members, needs all the information they can get to do a good job for you. There is no ‘right’ answer, but I lean more toward full disclosure of budget information (or at least giving a 90% figure so I still have a few pennies left for last minute requests and upgrades) and then requesting a line-item budget based on the areas below to make comparison between the proposals easier. Include information to the exhibit house regarding the flexibility of the budget. Is it all- inclusive and there’s not a penny more to be had in your corporate piggy bank, or is there a budget range ($40,000-$50,000)? Also let them know if your analysis and decision to choose a proposal is more design- or cost-oriented. You’ll also want to know their payment

terms and when deposits and progress payments will be due.Budget line items to request the exhibit house include in their proposal: Exhibit design, production of drawings, construction (including all labor, materials, fees, and taxes), drawings and set-up instructions, exhibit preview, project management fees

  • Graphics
  • Lighting
  • Audio-visual equipment
  • Computer equipment
  • Furnishings including tables, chairs, stools
  • Flooring
  • Crates or cases
  • Gang box and supplies
  • Ongoing cost of ownership, including general maintenance, sometimes called
  • refurbishment, storage, graphics upgrade, flexibility to different configurations.

You’ll also need to determine the ownership option that’s most advantageous. Options include renting at approximately 1/3 of the cost of owning for one-time use (plus the cost of graphics), negotiating for multiple uses with an ownership option after a pre-determined number of uses, to lease it, or to purchase it outright. TIP: Your accounting department will be able to guide you through this part of your RFP, depending on whether they want to capitalize the exhibit properties or expense them. If capitalized, you’ll need to work with accounting to determine the “life” of your exhibit for depreciation purposes, which is usually either 3 or 5 years.”

Gathering these ideas together before you contact an exhibit house is a wise idea, it only helps in getting the best and most cost efficient trade show display as possible. For more information on trade show displays please contact ELDS, Inc at (626) 969-3399

Statistics demonstrate that more than one third of adults aged sixty five or older are prone to ‘fall’ every year. The risk of falling and falling related problems usually increase with age. Due to seniors spending most of their time at home, it is also estimated that more than half of all falls occur in and around the home area. More than one point six million older adults in the United States also require some immediate kinds of emergency care due to fall related injuries. Falls are the leading cause of mortality in the older generation within the United States. In order to prevent these kinds of falls, seniors can improve the lighting throughout their home, remove any debris or other items that could cause tripping from walkways, using non-skid mats in the bathtub and bathroom floor, and they can also put some handrails on both sides of the stairways.

Even when they are totally fall-proof, any kind of fall can still easily occur. The best  method for combating these kinds of falls is by installing a home Medical Emergency Alert System. Although you can not always prevent a fall, you can still make it possible to plan ahead for one. By planning well ahead, you can purchase a Medical Alert System. Selecting a good manufacturer isn’t as important as obtaining the right system. Your budget will therefore be your major factor when deciding which Medical Emergency Alert System to buy for your home. Most systems are extremely easy to install. You can install them yourself which will saves you at least one hundred dollars in installation fees. Most systems also come with a lifetime warranty which is a little security in case the system malfunctions for whatever reason that may be.

All systems also come equipped with a portable transmitter which can be worn around your wrist or around your neck. It is possible to use and wear it in the shower because it is waterproof. This is quite efficient because several slips and falls usually tend to occur in more slippery, soapy places such as the shower or bathroom for example. Immediate access is available with just the push of a button. Each system is also capable of conducting two-way communications. You can also program the system to call whomever you wish whether it be a neighbor, a friend, or a family member if any kind of emergency crisis occurs. Some Emergency Medical Alert Systems can offer a phone that has the emergency call button on it. This phone can be used in order to make some regular calls as well as some emergency calls. It can also be very easily equipped with the “Help Button” which can be easily accessed by the client.

The system can also be used in order to prevent intruders from ever penetrating your home. Some Emergency Medical Alert Systems can also offer some extra products that will alert you during an emergency such as a fire, a carbon monoxide, freeze or flood.
