The Sony BDP-S360 has a glossy design and it fits very nicely in all home theater environment. There This blu-ray player does not have many control buttons as most of the operating relies on the included remote. The remote has a beautiful design, and the button layout is pretty simple to navigate. Similar to many other players in the industry today, the BDP-S360 has the Profile 2.0 compliance enabling it to play some of the further Internet exclusive features that are near in some of the newer Blu-ray titles.
There are many users who write review and bring up that this blu-ray player is marvelous in terms of appearance and functionality. The audio decoding is superb, picture is sharp and better than those from Playstation 3 and equal. Sony has pushed the price/performance benchmark with the BDP-S360’s video processing. The BDP-S360 performed exceptionally well when playing Blu-ray titles and the quality of the image is brilliant for an entry level Blu-ray player. There is also a Quick Start mode that tunes the player on a bit faster than usual. It does not cut down on load times, but this player gets you up and going faster.
The Sony BDP-S560 appears more special than the rest of the entry-level players. For an easily affordable player, the BD-S560 surprises with a load of features including full BD-Live streaming support. Though there are some features which cannot be compared with other players, this entry-level player remains on top because of its fantastic performance. Image quality is also superior as it bears the Full HD 1080p logo for much clearer pictures. In addition, it also upscales any DVD titles via HDMI so people can dispose of their old DVD players as it brings these titles to a quality that is nearly HD.This player is a top performer with a nice Wi-Fi feature to add to it and bears a nice design as well.
