Dental hygiene is such an important topic. There are a number of reasons why this is an important topic, and one which warrants reading this post.

The great importance of dental hygiene is immense for the #1 reason that it is part of the level of health of your whole being! We can often forget about that and neglect the importance of dental hygiene and instead look at the how does my smile look.

Remember that you consume food & drink, and food and drink is what is essential to keep your body healthy and alive. In essence bad teeth could result in poor digestion of food, which will in turn effect your health in many ways.

Soft drinks can damage teeth, so try to include mineral water in your diet. It amazes me how such a small portion of folks actually do this! It can make all the difference and can result in much better teeth, thanks to the fluoride in the water, as well as keeping your teeth clean.

The other benefit with drinking water is that it is good for you, and this is no surprise considering most of your body is made up of water and not Coca Cola! Gargling throughout the day to clear debris will also have a major positive impact.
